• Contract/Closing Management:
  • Magellan^® agents will negotiate terms most favorable for you, produce a timeline based on key events (e.g. loan application, inspections, etc.) and influence parties as necessary to ensure contract performance. Since complications may arise during real estate transactions, Magellan^® agents anticipate problems and work proactively with all parties (e.g. selling agent, lender, closing attorney, etc.) to ensure a smooth closing.
