To participate in the referral program, simply call our office with the names and phone numbers of buyers not qualified to buy in your community(s) and then quickly follow-up by faxing an On-site Rep Referral Agreement per buyer. We will then fax you a confirmed registration receipt.

 

The best way to introduce Magellan to prospective buyers is by using the following script : “Mr. and Mrs. Smith, I don't seem to have what you're looking for, but I do know a company that does. The name of the company is Magellan Realty and at Magellan, they specialize in working with buyers who want to build. May I have a consultant from Magellan contact you?” It's that simple!
