Through The New Home Explorer®, buyers are linked to the builder, township, community, design, location and price range that meets their specific criteria. In addition, new home buyers view unique graphics of site maps, front elevations and floor plans, plus receive valuable project information such as minimum square footage requirement, standard features, and much more.

What does this mean for on-site builder representatives?

The Problem: Matching buyers to developments and representing them through the sales and building processes can be lengthy and difficult.

The Solution: Magellan® and The New Home Explorer®.

As an on-site builder's representative, you may have buyers not quite right for your development. Why throw them away. Magellan® has two unique opportunities to offer on-site reps so that they, too, can tap into this lucrative market, instantly.

* You can simply refer your excess new home buyers to Magellan® and collect a 25 percent referral fee of the selling commission upon placement of these buyers into a new home and closing of the contract, or

* You can set an appointment with one of our consultants and accompany the buyer to the meeting. For the services provided, you then pay Magellan® a negotiated percentage based on the selling commission or a designated fee.
