4) To provide developers, builders, on-site representatives and REALTORS^® the marketing services, products, sales training and support to successfully market and sell new homes;

5) To provide an internal organization that embraces integrity and respect and encourages a team environment whereby all who participate in growing the company can own a piece of the growth;

6) To act as a socially responsible role model for other businesses by setting aside a Community Service Fund equal to 1% of gross commission dollars to be spent meeting the needs of the homeless as well as other worthy causes.
