throughout the sales and building process. Magellan's®
commission is, however, paid by the builder unless otherwise specified.
A Client-Broker Agreement is required between Magellan®
and the client.

Fees for individual services will be negotiated.
Hourly rates: The normal hourly rate for a Magellan® consultant
is $150 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Magellan®
does not include access to its advisors at the hourly rate.
