What is The New Home Explorer®?
The New Home Explorer® is a sophisticated
software program owned by Magellan®,
designed to provide new home buyers a wealth of information on
new home communities. Through The New Home Explorer®,
buyers are linked to the builder, township, community, design,
location and price range that meets their specific criteria. In
addition, new home buyers view unique graphics of site maps, front
elevations and floor plans. They receive valuable project
information such as minimum square footage requirement, standard
features, and much more.
What are we doing to find you buyers?
Magellan®'s marketing plan is designed
to garner attention to both the homebuilding industry and Magellan®.
This campaign includes advertising, direct mail, telemarketing,
referrals, corporate and industry connections, our website and
more. Magellan®
is looking to target buyers interested in purchasing new who have
traditionally been swayed toward buying existing real estate,
as well as those buyers who become discouraged with the process
and drop out of the market completely or never enter the marketplace
because they are fearful of the building process.
How can your community(s) be included in The New Home Explorer®?
It only takes minutes to complete the forms required by Magellan®
to include information about your project(s) and model(s). Simply
return these forms and a signed complimentary advertising agreement
to our office. If necessary, one of our sales consultants will
be happy to meet with you and collect the necessary information.
Once included in the system, one of our associates will contact
you on a regular basis to ensure current data.

Getting on board...
Participating in Magellan®'s system
is easy. Once we have your signature, we need basic textual and
graphic information about your community(s) and spec homes. Simply
take a few minutes to fill out a Project/Model form. Magellan®
will then download your information into The New Home Explorer®
software system.
Staying on board...
Magellan® continually updates the
database to ensure clients accurate and up-to-date building information.
Each update requires only a few minutes of your time per community.
When Magellan® brings buyers...
Magellan® consultants work only
with serious buyers. They understand the construction and sales
process and are highly trained to take prospects from initial
contact to contract quickly and easily which is good business
for everyone.
Making money only if you do... At this time, there is no
charge for participation. There is never a charge for industry
promotion. When you sign a contract with one of our buyers, Magellan®
requires a simple commission fee, just like any ordinary real
estate company. And that is a pretty fair price, considering how
extraordinary Magellan® is.
