To participate in The New Home Explorer® “free of charge”, builder and/or listing Realtor agree to pay Magellan Realty a selling commission of 3% of final contract price for each buyer brought to builder’s project whereby Magellan Realty is acting as the selling broker. Builder further agrees that the commission due Magellan Realty shall be paid upon removal of all contingencies. Builder/Realtor agrees to submit any and all updates regarding builder, project, model and/or sales information as needed or information will remain unchanged in the system. Builder/Realtor’s cooperation in providing quality, accurate and complete information, regarding updates, on a timely basis, will greatly enhance Magellan’s efforts to provide builder more buyers. Magellan reserves the right to modify graphic material and/or text, if necessary, for proper installation into the software program. Builder consents to providing us this information for the purpose of relaying it to the new home buying public. Magellan will strive for maximum accuracy in the information which it will provide; however, Magellan disclaims any liability for damages, including any consequential or incidental damages for reliance on the information provided for from third party disputes resulting thereof.
